Technology Installation Specialist

Position Summary

* High Level In-Home Customer Service Required

  • Reply to service requests, CRM activity assignment, and internal communication
  • Schedule all items above in the CRM or google calendar
  • Complete scope of work, bill of materials, and labor schedule for all jobs and estimates
  • Completing work orders for each job, admin items, and system design/estimating
  • Perform quality assurance during and at completion of all jobs
  • Participate in research and development objectives as applicable
  • Attend and add input at internal company meetings
